There have been a few changes to the class schedule (note no Mon/Wed class &
T/Th evening class starting 5:30pm) as well as the session length ( 8 weeks) as I am moving to quarterly billing starting July.
However, It's not all about sweating it out in the studio....
We live in a most amazing place and I know we would all love to see more of it, all the while using our fitness to get us there, supporting an amazing non profit along the way !! More trips and excursions to MHT are on the calendar, some for leisure and some for those seeking a physical challenge.
