•   Alternating weeks of nutrition education and cardio-strength workouts

•   Healthy meals and snacks for people on the go
•   Stocking your kitchen with quick and healthy foods
•   Determining your calorie requirements and how to meet them.
•   “Carbs and Fats: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”
>   Cardio-Strength component
•   Proper technique to engage the core and fundamental functional movements
•   Whole body strength movements to maintain an elevated heart rate
•   Movement Progressions throughout 8 week program
•   Weekly goals and action plans
•   Small student to instructor ratio
•   Open to all ages and fitness abilities
