Personal Training Services

     I offer one on one personalized programs for those new to fitness, those looking for some motivation and direction or those experienced athletes who need sport specific training and skills to stay injury free.

So What is This About

     My coaching philosophy is very simple: Less is more. Workouts and training programs can be efficient and productive without being time consuming. Programs I have designed include:

      • Consultations for home strength and cardio programs
      •
5K, 10K, Half Marathon
      •
Triathalon programs for Sprint and Olympic distance races

So What is This About

Progressive Strength Circuit Classes with Theresa
     This 45 minute class is designed to integrate strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Some of the tools I use include physioballs, BOSU©, cones, agility ladder, heavy bag, and weights. Movements are modified or progressed based on individual ability. This class can jump start a novice and challenge an experienced athlete.

Strength Circuit Class with Tiki
     A circuit strength and cardio class, offering a variety each week of functional movements and strength so no workout will be the same.

Core and Balance Class with Tiki
     This class will focus on abdominal and lower back strengthening incorporating flexibility, full range of motion and balance. This class is not intended as a cardiovascular workout.

Fitness Level:
All levels are welcome in all classes. However, if you are coming off an injury or are new to strength training, I would recommend an initial consultation prior to participating in class.
