So What is This About

Fitness Level:
All levels are welcome in all classes. However, if you are coming off an injury or are new to strength training, I would recommend an initial consultation prior to participating in class.

Circuit Classes with Theresa
     45-minute classes designed to integrate strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Movements are modified or progressed based on individual ability. Classes increase in difficulty from week to week.

Gentle Stretch with Theresa
     Stretching and myofascial release using straps, foam rollers and other tools.

Registration:

Pre-registration is required for Theresa's Circuit Class. Drop-ins are welcome in all other classes.

Class Fees:

Circuit - Registration and pre-pay required for session. (Fee varies depending on 6 or 7 week long session)

  • 2x/wk $240-$280
Summer Classes - All classes are drop-in. Please consult the calendar above for current schedule and cancellations.
