All levels are welcome in all classes. If you are coming off an injury or are new to strength training, we recommend an initial consultation prior to participating in class.
Class and Registration Info
Circuit Classes with Theresa
45-minute classes designed to integrate strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Movements are modified or progressed based on individual ability. Classes increase in difficulty from week to week.
Pre-registration required.
1x/wk: $120-$140
2x/wk: $240-$280
Fee varies depending on 6- or 7-week long session.
Indoor Group Cycling (Spinning) Class
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced level cyclist, Indoor Cycling Classes offer a high energy simulated cycling workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength!
The instructor will lead you through various techniques, simulating cycling situations encountered on the road.
The fundamental techniques, body & hand positions presented in each class have been carefully designed to ensure a safe, fun and effective training session for every cycling participant.
Each class is a different simulated ride with various music to please all musical tastes!
All fitness levels are welcome in any Indoor Cycling Class. The instructor will give modifications to beginners.
The length of the cycling class is approximately 1 hour.
